SinWet respects the intellectual property rights of content creators. We operate as an OSP (Online Service Provider) under the safe harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Submission Guidelines

To file a valid DMCA notification, you must provide the following information in writing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Specific identification of the material to be removed (URLs are required).
• Contact information including address, phone number, and email.
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice containing your contact details, the specific URL(s) restored, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.
